Graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996, Lino Ochoa embarked on his legal career by clerking for a Federal Bankruptcy Judge. Subsequently, he honed his skills at a McAllen defense firm, where his relentless dedication and unwavering determination led to a swift ascent to partnership. Later, he transitioned to a Plaintiff firm, where he rose quickly to partner once again. After 17 years of dedicated plaintiff work, he took the pivotal step of opening his own law firm, now known as The Law Office of Lino H. Ochoa.

Over time, Lino Ochoa bore witness to the injustices perpetrated by corporate entities, trucking companies, and product manufacturers. Frustrated by the ethos of insurance companies prioritizing profits over people, he made a pivotal decision to shift his focus. He resolved to stand by those who had been wronged, leading to the establishment of his own law firm, now recognized as the Law Office of Lino H. Ochoa. In this new capacity, he is dedicated to serving the interests of individuals, helping them recover what was taken away from them and find solace from the injustices they have endured.
